  2. All no good ! No meat or meat by products with little in the way of being good for your dog so just meat bones ok but
    Nothing else !!

  3. It’s great to see brands like Carna4 getting the recognition they deserve! I’ve had success supplementing with fresh foods to enhance the nutritional profile of kibble, and it’s made a noticeable difference in my dog’s health and energy. A video discussing affordable, yet high-quality kibble options would be amazing, too!

  4. I don’t understand how a All Life Stages dog food can be both beneficial to a puppy and senor dog at the same time. Older dogs require different diets than puppies. Carna4 is a All Stages Dog food.

  5. Ok this information is good but of your dog doesn’t like the taste they won’t eat it. My dog is very picky so I buy good quality food but she doesn’t like it.

  6. We have kept our Westie and Scottie on Carna4 for nearly four years now and they absolutely love it. Their blood and liver tests always come back great from the vet as well. It is spendy though. We go through a 20 pound bag every 7-8 weeks between the two dogs. It’s about $175 for 20 pounds.

  7. Yes, carna4 is the best. My pittie loves it. And yes, it is expensive. But it’s worth every penny.

  8. I have been looking for a good channel to learn about dogs food for a while and finally it seems to be the right one. Gonna watch all videos and finally get great knowledge about this topic. I just hope other videos have more detailed information

  9. Please Help…. I have a 10 week old Gold Retriever puppy and I am completely stuck on what "puppy" food to put him on. Can you/someone please make a puppy food recommendation

  10. Look man, who cares if the company is "doing good in the world", we want to know what food is the BEST for our dog bro….

  11. Sadly, many of those are super high copper. My dog has had liver problems because of the livers have so much copper in them.

  12. Thanks for the in-depth look! I’m always trying to balance quality ingredients with affordability – any chance you could touch on some slightly more budget-friendly options in a future video?

  13. Curious about your take on what wsava recommends? Only five companies seem to meet wsava standards which does not include any of the foods you listed.

  14. Grain free = possible taurine deficiency, potatoes = sign of a cheap bulk filler. Potatoes are a cheap bulk filler that feeds yeast allergies , few kibble makers do potato free. TOTW does and a few others. Getting off potatoes made a huge difference with my senior, who had skin and ear issues for a long time. Grain free and taurine issues , should or is it addressed by the manufacturer and should you supplement ?

  15. Orijen has been really good for my dog hes a american bully. But were slowly changing his diet to have more fresh veggies and meat.

  16. We have fed Solid Gold to 3 pugs and a Frenchie. Not Hunden Flocken for larger dogs?We use Fit and Fabulous & Leaping Waters. We feed Green Cow (tripe wet food also at night) Do you have an opinion on this.We have considered" Flint River Ranch". NO Recalls on either that we know. Used.We be local to san Diego area.

  17. "Hello everyone! Have you heard of The Dog Diet by Kate? This highly recommended book is endorsed by veterinarians worldwide. Send me a direct message, and I’ll be happy to share it with you for free. It’s truly a must-read!"

  18. @thebkpets can u review pet lab co there’s so many ads for it but all the videos only have like 5 comments nd seems like a scam

  19. Blue Buffalo ,merrick ,raw and cooked meals have kept my dog healthy for 14 year’s and counting

  20. I’m so confused .Raw Open Farm , grain free or grain..I use Salmon, which my dog does better on, though I worry about mercury is that safe..I bought smaller bags, alternative with turkey, Open bowl the less expensive version, is it still better than other brands? My confusion,I’ve heard Raw Farm is owned by a manufacturer who makes All types of kibble in a huge to facility and doesn’t follow the " standard of dog nutrition" AFFCO, whatever.
Forget all the names of it . Basically all the sustainability, and everything else you mentioned " they" say there’s no proof, also quality control etc. I’ve posted before that I have health issues so kibble is easier for me and I do add fresh ingredient’s
Going to vets for vaccines, only absolutely necessary ones, please people I’m doing my best with everything, no mean comments. Ty.

  21. Thanks for this list! It’s so helpful to hear different perspectives and experiences with these brands, especially when considering ingredient changes and long-term health.

  22. At this point in time I bet prices will now be skyrocketing with brands that get their sources from other countries.

  23. Hi we’ve been using Nulo MedalSeries Baked & Brothy Adult Dry Dog Food – Beef, Pork & Lamb for about 6 months now and I’d love to get your take on it

  24. Thanks for the great recommendations! It’s helpful to see such varied experiences and insights into the different brands and the importance of considering individual dog needs and budget.

  25. What would you recommend for a dog that has kidney disease that isn’t prescription- I am leaning towards the Honest Kitchen base mix with ground turkey or Lamb????

  26. Dog industry is very dirty. This is a commercial ! I understand the fact ORIJIN being now part of MARS, however you recommended the BASICS, why not the RED, the is way superior ? I know why, because including ORIJIN RED means CARNA4 will not the the BEST ! Carna4 is good by the way. My problem here is the way data was presented

  27. If I may ask, as an Honest Kitchen lover/feeder (for breakfast, fresh/raw for dinner) and a Carna4 dreamer $$, why the grain free suggestions? Curious on your thoughts and reasoning. I used to feed the grain free because I wanted to avoid the oats being as it’s the second ingredient, inflammatory and digestibility, etc. However I eventually realized that the grain free options have more carb fill with the potatoes, peas, lentils, etc. So to me it makes more sense to go with just the single ingredient of oats rather than the multiple others that are essentially just fill and not easily digestible or useful. As I’m sure you have as well, in this comparison journey I of course looked into the claims about DCM – which we should all understand by now is a lack of taurine which is linked to the way the food is balanced synthetically or organically, also genetics can play into it. However, it does have a lot of research backing the deficiency to diets of grain free foods with peas, lentils, garbanzo, etc. as fillers or exclusive carb sources (w/ the golden retrievers specifically). Very curious on your thoughts at this point. Thanks for what you do!
